Please read these terms carefully before using the eg4444 platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eg4444 ("eg4444", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the eg4444 website located at eg4444.pro, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, payment processing facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an account, accessing any part of the eg4444 Platform, or placing any real-money wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted every clause in this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
eg4444 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Minimum Age: 21 Years
eg4444 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any account opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification. We conduct age checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active eg4444 account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended. Balances and winnings held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture in full, regardless of whether the secondary account was opened intentionally.
BDT Deposits via Bangladeshi Channels
eg4444 processes deposits in BDT through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party payments are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and cashback credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The specific requirements for each promotion are disclosed in the applicable promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activity
Players must not engage in collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies targeting platform limitations, or any activity that exploits a software error or miscalculated odds. eg4444 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited activity is detected.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. eg4444 will never request your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted under your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to our support team in writing prior to the activity occurring.
Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the eg4444 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. eg4444 may request documentary proof of age at any time and will suspend your account pending verification. Winnings generated during any period where age eligibility is unverified may be withheld until verification is complete.
1.2 Geographic Eligibility. eg4444 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. eg4444 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside those it actively targets. Players who access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk.
1.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a current, accessible email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.
1.4 Single Account Rule. You may hold only one registered account on the eg4444 Platform. If eg4444 determines that you hold or have held more than one account — regardless of whether those accounts were registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — all accounts may be permanently closed and any balances held within them forfeited.
1.5 Account Verification. eg4444 may at any time, and must at the time of any withdrawal request exceeding a platform-defined threshold, request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate for identity and age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Currency. All transactions on the eg4444 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players depositing in INR will see their balance displayed in the applicable currency as configured on their account. eg4444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations where cross-currency transactions apply.
2.2 Accepted Payment Methods. eg4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable transaction limits for each payment method are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.
2.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. eg4444 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit received from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned, the account suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated from those funds forfeited.
2.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within a timeframe determined by the payment method selected and subject to completion of identity verification. eg4444 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one to five business days. Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
2.5 Withdrawal Fees. eg4444 does not currently charge a platform-side fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which eg4444 accepts no liability.
2.6 Anti-Money Laundering. eg4444 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. eg4444 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies on AML matters.
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Promotional Eligibility. Promotions and bonuses offered by eg4444 are subject to eligibility conditions set out in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available to verified account holders in good standing and are limited to one claim per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
3.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal may be made. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where relevant to sports bonuses) are specified in each promotion's individual terms. eg4444 reserves the right to alter wagering requirements for ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
3.3 Bonus Abuse. eg4444 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event or game outcome using bonus funds; exploiting a technical error to claim a bonus multiple times; using a bonus in a manner that produces a guaranteed return regardless of outcome; and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
3.4 Promotion Modification or Withdrawal. eg4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. A promotion modified or withdrawn will not affect claims that were completed and locked prior to the modification taking effect.
Gameplay, Betting Rules & Disputes
4.1 Game Rules. Each casino game, slot title, live dealer game, and sports betting market available on the eg4444 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager. eg4444 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics or betting rules.
4.2 Bet Acceptance. eg4444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion. In sports betting, bets accepted at odds that were incorrect due to a manifest error (palpable error) may be voided and stakes returned, even after the event has concluded. A manifest error is defined as odds that were clearly out of line with the market at the time of acceptance.
4.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or power outage that interrupts a game session or bet, eg4444 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's account. eg4444 is not liable for any winnings that cannot be verified against server records.
4.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or account transactions must be raised with eg4444 Customer Support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event or transaction. Disputes raised after this window will not be investigated. eg4444 will respond to all disputes in writing within ten (10) business days. All decisions made by eg4444 following a good-faith dispute investigation are final.
4.5 Responsible Use of RNG Games. All slot, table, and virtual games on eg4444 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified for fairness by independent third-party auditors. Past game outcomes have no influence on future outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed in the game's help or information section.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg4444 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting integrity violation.
- Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or eg4444 staff via any communication channel.
- Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
Responsible Gaming
6.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. eg4444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from within your account dashboard.
6.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year, or indefinitely by contacting Customer Support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to open a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
6.3 Advertising to Excluded Players. eg4444 will use reasonable efforts to remove self-excluded players from our marketing communications lists. However, we cannot guarantee that promotional materials distributed through third-party channels will be suppressed in all cases.

Intellectual Property & Liability
7.1 Intellectual Property. All content on the eg4444 Platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, sound effects, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of eg4444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg4444 excludes all liability for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures; (d) losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device incompatibilities, or third-party software conflicts; and (e) any act, omission, or error of a third-party game provider.
7.3 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eg4444, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights.
7.4 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming services. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration under rules agreed in writing by both parties.
Privacy & Data Use
8.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the eg4444 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
8.2 Data Collection. eg4444 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment details, device identifiers, and betting history for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
8.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an account, you consent to receiving transactional communications (account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) by SMS and email. You may opt in to promotional communications during registration or at any time via your account settings. You may withdraw consent to promotional communications at any time by contacting Customer Support or using the unsubscribe function in any marketing email.
8.4 Cookies. The eg4444 website uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse usage patterns. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account Closure & Termination
9.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your eg4444 account at any time by contacting Customer Support in writing. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten business days. Account closure does not affect any obligations arising from activity prior to the closure date.
9.2 Closure by eg4444. eg4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without notice where: (a) a breach of this Agreement is detected or suspected; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order; (c) the account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months; or (d) we determine in good faith that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
9.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly administrative charge may be applied to dormant account balances after this period. eg4444 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the email or mobile number on file before applying dormancy fees. Players who re-activate their account by logging in and placing a wager will have dormancy fees suspended.
9.4 Survival of Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue in full force and effect after account closure or termination of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and eg4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
10.2 Severability. If any clause or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
10.3 No Waiver. eg4444's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be provided in writing and signed by an authorised representative of eg4444 to be effective.
10.4 Force Majeure. eg4444 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or third-party payment infrastructure failures.
